Terms of the Health Guarantee

• The buyer must take their puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival for a health check.
• If a serious genetic health issue is diagnosed within the guarantee period, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value or a refund, as outlined in our agreement.
• The guarantee does not cover illnesses caused by neglect, improper care, accidents, or preventable diseases.
• The buyer must provide proper nutrition, regular vet check-ups, and necessary vaccinations to maintain the puppy’s health.
